About Lucy

Meet Lucy Hawkins

Lucy has loved sketching and painting for as long as she can remember. As a child, family meals out often became creative sessions, with Lucy happily drawing caricatures of waiters on paper tablecloths.

She later studied painting, photography, and sculpture at the University of the Arts London, before beginning a career as an Art Director in television. Her work took her across numerous TV productions, commercials, and music videos, where she honed a strong visual storytelling style.

Travelling the globe and spending years in Australia, Lucy found inspiration in the natural world, painting the wildlife around her. That connection to nature has continued to shape her work since moving to Spain.

"I love living in nature — exploring forests, mountains, and oceans with my young daughters, and painting the unique and vivid fauna we encounter along the way."
